A Special Happy Tail

Tiger is a Rat Terrier from  a puppy mill. He was born with deformed front feet and slightly deformed rear. He gets around well and is a great little guy. He was adopted by a local family and this is their response on him.

Hello Jackie....thought I'd drop you a line and let you know how Tiger's doing.  He's about ready for Fit and Trim, I'm afraid!  His scars have just about all disappeared and he's gained weight.  He's calmed down considerably and is doing really well.   We got him his own bed (since there were four of us already in ours!) and he's taken to it well.  He usually keeps it filled with his toys when he's not in it.   At night when we get up to go to the bathroom, there's a ritual now in place....he gets up too, brings us a toy, waits till we're ready to go back to bed then he gets in his bed and we're supposed to cover him up.  When we go for walks he gets the longest stick he can find and carries it around.  Believe me, we don't have to tell him twice to get in the car.
